At this time Telmediq is seeking a Customer Champion and Implementation Consultant, for a dual role position that will be an integral part of building and evolving our next generation secure communications platform.

As a Customer Champion and Implementation Consultant in Telmediq's Services group you will help our valued customers set up and best utilize our communications platform. As a team player, paired up with a project manager, you will be focused on helping the customer achieve their key objectives with your problem solving skills and product knowledge. For this role, it is critical that you work well with people, build trust with key participants, and drive outcomes. Additionally, you have technical understanding, have previously implemented packaged software in a customer facing role, and ideally have experience in a healthcare setting.

In this position, you will work with external customers, and internal multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and services and sales professionals who are focused on the next generation of Healthcare applications and workflows - our team members are recognized as thought leaders in mobility, development, and UX.

The Customer Champion and Implementation Consultant will be a lead driver in furthering our product deployments; ensuring that our customers are deployed on a timely basis and have all their work flows fully documented and supported by our communications framework. This requires on-site travel throughout the US, with average time away not exceeding 50% in a given year.


We are looking for someone who will bring passion and drive in ensuring our high quality of service is maintained. This position is ideal for a technical support or software product delivery professional with a great customer disposition and a passion for technology. Your DNA will be that of a challenge seeker and a problem solver. Responsibilities:

  • Support our Professional Services consulting efforts in assessing and translating customer requirements into a recommended Product Configuration, and then implementing this configuration.
  • Provision new customer accounts onto our service.
  • Conduct on-site customer training and setup services to provision new customers onto our service throughout North America.
  • Create and maintain content for a customer facing knowledge base.
  • Create and/or contribute to ongoing process improvement and help us maintain a top performing support and services organization.
  • Contribute new product ideas and enhancements to the Product team.

Skills & Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a technical implementation, business analysis, informatics and/or customer service support role, preferably within a technology environment.
  • Experience implementing software solutions in a distributed environment, for small or medium size organizations is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree or certificate in a technical, medical, or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigation skills to resolve customer issues to satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and show good judgment in decision making based on process guidelines and customer satisfaction requirements.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Maintaining a clear criminal background check is required. A validation will be performed as part of the application process.
  • The employee must have a valid passport and be cleared to travel throughout the USA, and abroad.
  • Drivers license required.
